Boston Children's Hospital C-CORE Second Annual Community-Academic Forum: Immigrant Health Disparities: Improving Health through Partnerships

SECOND ANNUAL C-CORE COMMUNITY-ACADEMIC FORUM

Are you interested in:

Community-based participatory research?
Immigrant health disparities?
Working with grassroots community organizations?
Developing research-driven solutions to immigrant health issues?

If so, the Boston Children's Hospital Center for Collaborative Community Research (C-CORE) invites you to attend its 2nd Annual Community-Academic Forum, “Immigrant Health Disparities: Improving Health through Partnerships,” cosponsored by Harvard Catalyst and Harvard University Center for AIDS Research.  This event is an opportunity to learn about the community-based participatory research model, hear about novel approaches to address immigrant health issues locally here in Boston, and actively work with community organizations and academics to develop new ideas for research projects.

The forum will be held on June 12th, 2013, from 8:30am to 1:30pm at the Boston Public Library, McKim Lower Level. Breakfast and lunch will be provided with registration. Please register here and contact ccore@childrens.harvard.edu for more information.

A downloadable flyer with additional information is available below.
