We maintain a repository of more than 270,000 unique plasmids and a supporting database of curated information about the plasmids.

The collection includes:

• Empty vectors useful for routine and cutting-edge molecular techniques
• Large collections of open reading frame (ORF) clones in recombinational cloning vectors with inserts relevant to human, yeast and several pathogenic microbes
• Short hairpin RNAs (shRNAs) to be used for gene silencing techniques
• A hodge-podge of other plasmids shared by various lab groups
