Edward Greenfield, PhD
Director of the MAC, Ed has been generating antibodies for over 30 years in both academia and industry. He has expertise in cell culture, animal handling, antibody and immunoassay development. Ed received his Ph.D. from Albany Medical College in 1985, did a post-doc at Harvard Medical School and held positions as a Principal Investigator at the Repligen Corporation and as a Senior Scientist at Millennium Pharmaceuticals.
Craig Bencsics, PhD
Scientist, Craig is a specialist at designing immunogens, recombinant protein design, production, purification and conjugation. Prior to joining the MAC, Craig received his PH.D. from the University of Chicago and did his postdoctoral fellowship at Tufts University School of Medicine.
Mohan Brahmandam, PhD
Scientist, Mohan is an expert at immunoassay development and protein purification. Along with hybridoma generation and production, Mohan is responsible for most of our antibody and protein purification, fragmentation and conjugations. Mohan received his Ph.D. in Biotechnology from India in 2012. He has over 10 years of experience at DFCI working in both the Dept of Hematological Malignancies and the Dept. of Medical Oncology before joining the MAC.
Yuhua Nong, MD
Scientist, Yuhua has over 20 years extensive expertise is in cell culture, animal handling and hybridoma generation and screening. He has worked in both academic and industry, including Millennium Pharmaceuticals and Astrazeneca Pharmaceuticals. He received his MD from Sun Yat-Sen University of Medical Sciences in China.
