1. Murine leukemia virus (MLV) based retroviral vectors:

Service charge: The service charge is $1,200 per standard prep. DF/HCC members pay $900 for each virus prep.

2. Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) based lentiviral vectors:

Service charge: The service charge is $1,400 per standard prep. DF/HCC members pay $1,050 for each virus prep. An additional charge of $400 will be assessed if an HIV helper virus assay is requested by the investigators.

3. Adenoviral vectors:

Service charge: It takes considerable effort to derive virus from vector plasmid for the first batch of virus preparation. Subsequent batches can be amplified from seed stocks of the previous ones. The service charge for adenovirus thus reflects that. It is $1,600 for the first batch, and $1,200 per standard prep for all subsequent batches. DF/HCC members pay $1,200 and $900 for the first and subsequent amplification lot, respectively.

4. Adeno-associated virus (AAV) vectors:

Service charge: The service charge is $1,600 per standard prep. DF/HCC members pay $1,200 for each virus prep.
