The Harvard University Center for AIDS Research and the Ragon Institute of MGH, MIT and Harvard present a 4 day workshop focused on approaches to analyze sequence data obtained from high-throughput transcriptomic experiments. Topics to be covered include study design, differential expression analysis, single cell genomics and transcriptome assembly. This course will feature morning and afternoon sessions taught by expert faculty and technical assistants. All participants will acquire skills in fundamental computational methods, study design, data interpretation, and overall literacy in bioinformatic analysis useful for the analysis of microbial genome data. Participants are encouraged to bring their own datasets to work on. (NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCED REQUIRED)
