The proteomics core is supporting several large scale projects on proteomic profiling of clinical samples, such as Sue Hankinson's project (Channing Laboratory) on plasma samples from the Nurses Health Study to identify early biomarkers for ovarian cancer, Karl Munger to identify proteins that interact with human papilloma virus proteins, and Kenneth Anderson's project (DFCI) on identification of drug response markers in multiple myeloma.
