2) SNP Analysis using Taqman OpenArray Genotyping
The Taqman OpenArray platform allows users to run 16, 32 or 64 SNPs in parallel using Taqman reagents.

◦ Full DNA extraction or whole genome amplification: $13.00 per sample;
◦ Full DNA extraction of Whole genome amplification (DF/HCC discounted rate): $11.00 per sample
◦ Specific DNA standardization (pico, dilution, tracking, submission): $5.00 per sample
◦ GWAS (Genome Wide Association Study) sample preparation (steps may include pico, dry-down to concentrate, resuspension, re-pico, track and submit): $10-15

4) SNP analysis using Sequenom
SNP start up fees:
◦ $50.00 per SNP assay ordered, cost covers assay design and oligo ordering, for anywhere from 100-2000 DNA samples
Genotyping:
For orders of more than 20 SNP: $0.35 per SNP-genotype. For DF/HCC members, $0.30 per SNP-genotype.
