FAQ

1. Submit a written proposal to the Core Director
2. Discuss project with the Laboratory and/or Clinical directors
3. Decide on the extent of service provided
4. Sign contract for the service provided above and give either Cost Center or PO number
5. Provide samples
   
   

Samples should be brought by the user directly to the facility.

Sample preparation may vary depending upon the stability characteristics of the drug and matrix.  The specific procedures will be determined for each project.

This is entirely dependent upon the complexity of the analytical method and cannot be generalized.

An e-mail will be sent to the project leader when results become available.

Results will generally be sent to the project leader by e-mail.

Users will be billed using a PO number.
