Research Abstract

The laboratory is focused on the biology of brain tumors, in particular diffuse high-grade gliomas in adults and children. My group studies how cellular heterogeneity and plasticity contribute to tumor cell properties. We study heterogeneity in primary human samples, establishing transcriptional and genetic profiling from single cells. We seek to identify novel vulnerabilities in brain tumors.
