Applying for Membership
Before you begin the application for DF/HCC membership, please have an electronic version of your current NIH Biosketch including other support pages, on your computer or in an accessible file. You will be required to upload your biosketch during this application.
If you do not have a copy of the current NIH Biosketch format you may download a template by clicking on one of the links below:
This application will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. If you need to stop in the middle of the application process, you may save your application and return to it later by clicking on the "Save and Exit" button located on the bottom of the application page.

If you are already a member of DF/HCC you may wish to update your member profile.
Note: When applying for DF/HCC Membership or editing your DF/HCC Membership information, we strongly recommend that you use either Netscape Navigator (6.0 or greater), Mozilla Firefox (1.0.7 or greater), or Internet Explorer (5.5 or greater). You may encounter problems while editing data with older browsers.
