Research Abstract

We are interested in the biological function and mechanism of action of a number of transcriptional regulators that are targets of viral oncoproteins. These proteins include p300/CBP, CtBP and YY1. We are using both genetic (C. elegans and mouse) and biochemical approaches to address relevant questions.
