Research Abstract

Major research interests in chronic disease epidemiology with specific expertise in respiratory diseases and cardiovascular and cancers in women. Founding principal investigator of the Nurses' Health Study, a cohort of 121,000 women followed regularly since 1976. Additional interest in air pollution health effects research.
