Research Abstract

Our laboratory is interested in the use of gene transfer techniques for the treatment of brain tumors. Three major areas of interest are: genetic modification of T-cells with chimeric T-cell receptors to target human glioma, serum biomarkers for glioma, and multimodality therapy (anti-angiogenic, radiation, and chemotherapy) approaches to glioma.
