Lymphoma and Myeloma

Research Abstract

My research focus involves the development of clinical trials in non-Hodgkin's and Hodgkin's lymphoma. Under the mentorship of Margaret Shipp, we are designing protocols examining new therapeutic targets identified from her work using gene expression profiling techniques. I am a member of the Cancer and Leukemia Group B Lymphoma Core Committee which develops and executes clinical trials on a national level. In addition, I am a member of National Comprehensive Cancer Network Lymphoma Committee. We establish gudelines for the managent of lymphoma and maintain a lymphoma database which collects demographic and treatment variables on lymphoma patients at five major cancer centers.
