Research Abstract

My principle research interests are in the prevention and therapy of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and in the use of graft-versus-leukemia to eradicate blood disorders. We have a series of clinical trials available to evaluate several different strategies to prevent GVHD, such as T cell depletion and the use of novel immunosuppressive agents. In addition, we are committed to graft engineering and vaccine development to enhance the ability of transplantation to control blood diseases.
