Research Abstract

We are interested in the mechanism of Wnt signal transduction and its roles in early vertebrate development, in brain development and in human tumorigenesis. We are also interested in the signaling and transcriptional regulatory mechanism during vertebrate neural induction. We perform our studies in both the Xenopus embryo system and the mammalian cell culture system.
