The laboratory is focused on 1) developing new primary cell line and xenograft models of glioblastoma and metastatic disease of the brain. 2) identifying therapeutic strategies by siRNA and shRNA screening. 3) characterization of tumoral response to DNA damaging agents such as ionizing radiation and conventional chemotherapy
