Research Abstract

My current research activities focus particularly in the fields of Barrett's esophagus and pancreatic neoplasia.
With regard to Barrett's esophagus, my current projects include investigation of:
1. Abnormal expression of biomarkers in incompletely ablated Barrett's esophagus by photodynamic therapy;
2. Improving the surveillance and diagnosis of Barrett's esophagus related superficial neoplasms.
With regard to pancreatic neoplasia, my current projects include investigation of:
1. Classification of intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm and prediction of risk for malignant transformation based on subtypes.
