Research Abstract

The research relevant to this site is clinical and involves improved methods of thyroid cancer surgery and treatment of thyroid cancers. Particular focus has been on reduction in surgical mobidity and in the acquisition of new scnaiing techniques to locate and destroy cancerous tissue before and during surgery. Cooperative studies on basic aspects of cancer development have been done in the past.
