Research Abstract

My research focus is on the study of antitumor immunity in patients with malignant brain tumors. In particular, we are initiating phase I clinical trials using immunotherpy approaches and, in turn, performing detailed serological and tissue-based analyses of antitumor immune responses. One focus is on the discovery of novel glioma-associated antigens and monitoring antibody and T- lymphocyte responses to them as patients are treated.
