Research Abstract

My research is in the area of breast imaing and ovarian cancer treatment, prevention and genetics. I am involved in several projects evaluating the incidence of BRCA1/BRCA2 in various populations and investigating how hormonal and environmental factors affect cancer expression in mutation carriers. I am also interested in the efficacy of various screening modalities (e.g. MRI) in BRCA1/BRCA2 mutation carriers. I conduct treatment trials in breast and ovarian cancer.
