Research Abstract

We employed multidisciplinary genomics and proteomics methods to screen for potential ovarian cancer biomarkers and novel therapeutic targets. Many of the identified targets cumulated in several core signaling pathway, which may be central to ovarian pathogenesis and progression. Ongoing projects include microRNA, activity-based profiling of deregulated enzymes and signaling molecules, and autoantibodies and the associated tumor antigens.
