Edward J. Benz Jr., MD, testifies at Senate hearing on war on cancer
On May 8, Center Director Edward J. Benz Jr., MD, testified at a U.S. Senate Committee hearing titled "Cancer: Challenges and Opportunities in the 21st Century." Benz was invited to speak by Committee Chair Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, and urged legislators to view cancer research through the widest possible prism.
