Request For Applications: DF/HCC and UMass Boston U54 Partnership to reduce Cancer Disparities
Significant disparities exist in cancer incidence and outcomes among minority and underserved populations. The goal of the Partnership is to improve cancer-related research, training, and outreach opportunities for under-represented minority (URM) students, fellows, and scientists; and to develop information and resources toward closing the cancer health disparities gap. Awards will support collaborative projects conducting innovative research in cancer spanning the disciplines of basic, population and social sciences; and community-focused outreach research.
Pilot Projects (up to $120,000 per year for two years – Direct Costs Only)
Full Projects (up to $200,000 per year for two years – Direct Costs Only)
