Research Abstract

I am the Principal Investigator of the DF/HCC Tumor Imaging Metrics Core (TIMC), and Director of the MGH 3D Imaging Service. I have been involved in imaging research, focusing on image analysis and visualization techniques, and application of these methods in both research and clinical service. I have developed methods for semi-automated quantitative measurement of tumor volumes, and these methods have been licensed and FDA-approved for clinical use. I am developing a Tumor Imaging Metrics Core for the DF/HCC to provide a centralized quantitative image analysis service for the DF/HCC community.
