Aim 1:  Evauate biomarkers of sensitivity and resistance to HER2-directed therapy.

Aim 2:  Evaluate combinations to trastuzumab and signaling inhibitors.

Aim 3:  Conduct unbiased screens for targets whose inhibition sensitizes to HER2-directed treatments.
