Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's Christopher Lathan, MD, MS, MPH, and Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center's Karen Burns White host the Annual Cancer Disparities Research Symposium in recognition of National Minority Cancer Awareness. This event is organized by Dana-Farber's Cancer Care Equity Program (CCEP) and Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center.

Dr. Christopher Lathan is a thoracic medical oncologist at Dana-Farber's Lowe Center for Thoracic Oncology. He is the Institute's Chief Clinical Access and Equity Officer, and the Founding Director for Dana-Farber's Cancer Care Equity Program.

Karen Burns White is the Deputy Associate Director of Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center's Initiative to Eliminate Cancer Disparities.
