Abstract Submission 

Abstracts are being accepted in all categories of lung cancer research.

We invite all DF/HCC lung cancer researchers to attend the Symposium and particularly want to encourage Fellows, Post-docs, and Junior Faculty to submit abstracts. Abstracts will be reviewed by the members of the DF/HCC Lung Cancer Program Governance Committee. Authors of the top-scoring abstracts will be invited to give an oral presentation at the Symposium and will be awarded a cash prize. All accepted abstracts will be presented during the poster session.

Requirements:

• Abstracts (plus posters) are being accepted in all categories of lung cancer research

• Feature recent findings (abstracts and posters submitted to fall 2024 conferences are acceptable)

• Format:
  • Text limit: 500 words or less
  • 8 ½ x 11” paper with 1” margins on all sides
  • Include the title and authors at the top and acknowledgments at the bottom
  • May have one figure or one table, which must fit on the same page as the abstract text
• Color Poster related to abstract must be brought to the Symposium (11/12/25) for discussion and review during poster session (max. dimensions: 72" wide x 42" high)
• Deadline for abstract submission:  September 19, 2025
