My laboratory has been working on the following areas of studies.
(i) Roles and mechanisms of actions of estrogens and antiestrogens in human breast cancer. [MCF-7 cell culture and its monoclonal sublines with different sensitivities to antiestrogens; The TRC shRNA lentivirus library; high-throughput RNAi knockdown screening; Affymetrix microarray]

(iii) Exposure of fetuses to the environmental substances and bioactive food compoents during their early stages of developement: Effects on epigenetic gene regulation and breast cancer risk.
