Research Abstract

The laboratory is focused on the biology of brain tumors, in particular diffuse high-grade gliomas in adults and children. My group studies how cellular heterogeneity and plasticity contribute to tumor cell properties. We study heterogeneity in primary human samples with single-cell and spatial genomic technologies. We seek to identify novel vulnerabilities in brain tumors.
