Research Abstract

My primary research interests in investigating gastrointestinal/hepatic and pancreaticobiliary malignancies. In addition to determining new histologic prognostic factors for colorectal cancers, I am interesting in defining morphologic features associated with specific genetic/molecular alterations. I am also interested in hereditary/syndromic gastrointestinal malignancies and believe pathologists have a big role in recognizing patients who are at risk and cancer prevention in this group.
