Research Abstract
I am a fellowship-trained academic anatomic pathologist specializing in gynecologic and breast pathology. My research interests include gynecologic neoplasms, particularly uterine mesenchymal tumors and rare cervical and ovarian epithelial neoplasms as well as triple-negative and special-type breast cancers aiming to improve the practice of women's health pathology. I am actively involved in teaching pathology residents and fellows as well as developing national and international educational courses. I am the vice-chair of the College of American Pathologists and oversee streamlining of all gynecologic cancer synoptic templates.
