Research Abstract

Dr. Park specializes in computational and statistical analysis of high-throughput sequencing data to study epigenetics and cancer genomics. His laboratory has made major contributions to several consortium projects such as The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Encyclopedia of DNA Elements (ENCODE). He is director of the Bioinformatics and Integrative Genomics (BIG) Ph.D. program at Harvard Medical School and a member of the Informatics Program at Boston Children's Hospital, Division of Genetics at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard/Dana-Farber Cancer Center, and the Harvard Stem Cell Institute.
