Research Abstract

My research has involved optimizing the imaging and staging of Chest malignancies including Lung Cancer and Mesothelioma. I have evaluated quantitative imaging techniques and incorporated them into prognostic models to generate predictive algorithms to improve diagnosis and staging. In the Mesothelioma domain, I have used

tumor volume derived from CT scans and combined it with other prognostic criteria to derive a predictive algorithm, that can help stratify patients for clinical trials. I also have an avid interest in genomic profiling of Lung cancer and radiomic characterization of Lung Cancera nd Mesothelioma.
