Convening training and career development opportunities for early-stage researchers

PATHFINDER’s focus is meeting the needs of HCCs early-stage cancer investigators and supporting their educational, training, transitions, and career development.

PATHFINDER will concentrate initial efforts on developing supports for the postdoctoral community. Partnering with member institution postdoc offices and associations, PATHFINDER aims to:

Improve access to educational resources
Support career development and transitions
Broaden the diversity of the cancer research workforce
