Guidance on Protocol Deviations Related to Shortage of IV Iodinated Contrast (Omnipaque)

To Research Teams:

Due to a serious shortage of IV iodinated contrast related to supply chain disruption, the IRB has developed procedures intended to mitigate the potential for IRB reporting of large numbers of deviations from approved protocol procedures.
