We are pleased to announce the next session of the Harvard Chan Bioinformatics Core’s (HBC) Current Topics in Bioinformatics 2024 series -Interact with your data using RShiny. This free, hands-on workshop is available to all Harvard affiliates. The workshop is part of our series which covers a variety of bioinformatics topics & related skills.
The R knowledge from June’s R basics workshop, or a working knowledge of R, is a pre-requisite for the Interact with your data using RShiny workshop.

Pre-requisite: R basics, a working knowledge of R or self-learning of the Harvard Catalyst Online R resource
Interact with your data using RShiny: RShiny is an R package that allows users to create interactive web applications for their data. In this hands-on workshop, we will introduce the basic syntax and structure for RShiny applications, create a variety of applications using a diverse set of inputs and discuss options for hosting these applications.
All workshops are hands-on and require you to have a computer available. Setup instructions will be provided to those who register.
