HBC: Differential expression of scRNA-seq workshop - November 12, 15, 19

We are excited to announce an “Differential expression of single cell RNA-seq data” workshop! 

The in-person workshop will be held on November 12^th, 15^th, and 19^th from 9:30 AM to 12 PM each day. Participants are expected to attend all three sessions. This workshop also assumes that users have familiarity with single-cell RNA-seq analysis and the use of the Seurat R package. 

Please note the format of our workshops is as follows: instruction will be mostly learner-centric requiring workshop participants to spend between 3-5 hours on reading and exercises from selected lessons before the workshop sessions. In-person classes will be focused on exercises and discussion. Please make sure you take this into account when you sign up for the workshop.
