Why are we offering this?

In February of this year, we conducted a DF/HCC Education and Resources Survey. Thank you to all of you who provided us with valuable feedback! The results of this survey showed that many research staff are unaware of or unsure how to find DF/HCC resources applicable to their role(s). We hope this webinar will help existing research staff become more familiar with DF/HCC resources, and help managers understand what information needs to be provided to new staff during onboarding.

Who should attend?

Managers responsible for onboarding and training new research staff and any existing or recently hired DF/HCC research staff (investigators, coordinators, managers, etc.) who would like an overview/refresher of DF/HCC resources and systems.

What will be covered?

  • DF/HCC training requirements and systems access for new staff
  • Common questions about DF/HCC systems (e.g., OnCore, iRIS, OncPro) and who needs what
  • Finding answers to common questions and frequently used DF/HCC resources
  • Understanding DF/HCC policies and their relationship to institutional requirements and procedures
  • Additional educational tools available to all research personnel

You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions during a live Q&A. Already have a question you would like to see covered? Provide suggestions here!

Please reach out to ODQeducation@dfci.harvard.edu with any questions!
