Updated DF/HCC Multi-Center DSMP Template

The DF/HCC Multi-Center DSMP Template was updated on March 20, 2023. 

Updates include minor language edits throughout to align with and help clarify current processes and requirements across DF/HCC and institution-specific policies.

A reminder that use of the DF/HCC Multi-Center DSMP is required for all investigator-sponsored interventional trials that will be opening research at external (non-DF/HCC) sites. Teams should be sure to always access the most current template that is available via the link above, and posted on the ODQ Multi-Center Trials page.
