Services & Support Overview

Research Informatics Operations specifically addresses the growing technological needs of the clinical trials research community. The office provides a collaborative, responsive, integrated, and focused approach to all aspects of systems development and support by providing application testing, consulting, integration, reporting (grants, metrics, operational), system procurement & implementation, support and training to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The RIO team also provides support for clinical trials and subject management to the Dana-Farber Harvard Cancer Center (HCC) consortium.
